These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Masar Alburhan mobile app. By signing in and using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service
Masar Alburhan helps schools, drivers, and parents coordinate school bus transport. It provides sign-in by role, student boarding and attendance tracking, and ride status.

Accounts
Accounts are created and managed by us. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been misused.

Acceptable use
Use the app only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or misuse information about students, drivers, or families.

Drivers and location
Drivers are tracked while a run is in progress so that we can monitor the bus service. By starting a run, a driver consents to their device location being reported to Masar Alburhan for the duration of that run, including while the app is in the background. Reporting stops when the run is completed. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Ride information
Status updates and estimated times are provided for convenience and may be affected by traffic, weather, and operational conditions. They are not guarantees. Always follow your school’s official instructions regarding pickup and drop-off.

Availability
We work to keep the app available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and the app depends on your device being on and connected to receive updates.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Masar Alburhan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, or for delays or issues in the physical transport service, which is operated by the school.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
